We understand that tax issues can be complicated. That's why we are passionate about working with you to navigate through it all.
Our goal is to help you with the financial and tax aspects of life so that you can spend more time with your family, and enjoy your life.
Pricing will vary based on the complexity of your tax situation. General pricing for the 2022 tax year is as follows:
- Basic Tax Returns: $225
Includes basic Federal and State returns. Less complicated returns with only income from W-2 wages and no dependents, deductions or credits will receive a discounted rate. - Tax Returns with Itemized Deductions: $335
- Tax Returns with Itemized Deductions and Schedule C for self-employment income and expenses: Pricing can vary significantly by complexity. Most tend to fall in the $450 to $550 range.
Examples of special circumstances that will increase the amount from the above listed general pricing structure:
- Rental Properties
- Information reported to you on a schedule K-1
- Investment activity, such as the sale of investments or receipt of dividends or interest.
- Calculation of certain credits, such as credits for education, child and dependent care, earned income credit, child tax credits, the retirement savers credit, etc.
- Additional forms required by the Affordable Care Act for health insurance.
- Property tax credit and other credits or subtractions that impact a state tax return only.
- Needing to prepare more than one state tax return.
- Clergy Housing Allowance calculations.
- Other special circumstances not listed here.

How it works
- Either drop off or mail your tax documents to our office, or securely upload them to our secure file-sharing portal by clicking on the 'Securely Upload Tax Documents' button at the bottom of this page.
- We will begin working on your tax return once we have received your information. We will be in touch with any questions or to request additional information by text, email, or phone.
- Once your return is completed, we will reach out to you to schedule a 15-to-20 minute review of your tax return. At this meeting we will also look ahead to the upcoming year for tax planning purposes. There is no additional charge for this meeting.
- If you are not interested in a follow up review or tax planning meeting, you can simply stop by our office to pick up your completed return. If you do not need a paper copy of your return, we can drop a pdf copy of your return into your file on our secure file-sharing portal for you to retrieve.
- One-on-one meetings to work on your tax return together are available for an additional fee of $100. To save yourself the additional expense, please consider dropping off your tax documents or uploading them to the secure file-sharing platform.

Contactless Tax Preparation
This includes secure document upload and file sharing, electronic signatures, online meetings for questions and review, and secure online payment options for your tax preparation fees.

Online Self-Scheduling
Many have found this to be very convenient as you can simply review our calendar for openings online and schedule a time that is convenient for you through the website. This helps avoid the potential back and forth of email and voicemails! Simply click on the orange ‘Schedule A Meeting’ button a the top of the page. From there you can schedule a meeting at our office, a virtual meeting via Zoom, or a time for us to chat on the phone.
